I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people. From when I first called to make an appointment for my 82 year old mom, to the technicians performing the various tests, to Dr. Bostrom and then finally to check out, everyone was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Bostrom was especially kind and patient and took the time to listen to my mom and answer all of her questions.

Excellent communication about the steps for a minor procedure. Excellent completion of the procedure. Medical staff professional and compassionate. Procedure room clean. Office staff did all of the necessary insurance precerts, etc. I highly recommend this medical practice!

The staff was friendly and efficient. they also seemed to be friendly to each other as well as the patients. I did not have to wait too long before being taken care of. The Doctor was very personable and thorough He answered any question that I asked. I was given a lot of information and asked if I understood it. The office was clean and the waiting room was comfortable.

The staff is very friendly which eased my nerves greatly. I was seen with in 3 minutes of my appointment time. Scheduling my next procedure made me seem like I was talking with an old friend and it just someone who had a job to do. Each person I talked to from entering to leaving took the time to let me know they were there for my benefit. It was a very positive and comforting experience.

On top of all the latest advances in health care. Staff is very friendly. Debbie is one of the nicest health care people I have ever met. I have been with this medical group since it began with just Dr Haas and Holmes.

I spoke with Ashley as I was on my way to the office, and when I arrived she checked me in. Ashley was very kind & could not have been nicer! I had a wonderful experience as I had my preliminary testing, which was performed by Merritt. This lovely young lady was so personable, kind & professional while working with me! Finally, Dr Bostrum was efficient, kind, informative & I am so pleased to have such a wonderful ophthalmologist to see, and appreciate that Palmetto Eye is such a friendly, yet professional group. What a wonderful atmosphere!! God bless them.

Cataract surgery for the first eye can be a bit scary. Dr. Wickliffe called personally after the surgery to ask if I had any questions she could answer. I was so impressed with her care and concern for her patients. The staff was cheerful and professional and just absolutely nice! I go next month for the second eye and know I will have the same excellent care.

My recent visit to Palmetto Eye & Laser Center was very pleasurable. I registered on-line so my check in was speedy. Didn’t wait long at all before I was called for the pre-exam before I saw the doctor. It was speedy and very professional. Then I was escorted to the exam room and the doctor came in very quickly. As always Dr. Dille was pleasant, professional and very thorough. I was in and out in good time and this is a very busy practice.

I did take the time to check in on-line and had completed all my paperwork in advance. I sat in a chair for less than 5 minutes before I was taken back to start my examination. From arrival to departure, it took 40 minutes and that did include having my pupils dilated. I really appreciated the efficiency and respect for my time.

Very impressed with their new check-in process. I was sent an email a week or so in advance that I could update my medical history and personal information before I arrived for my 8:45 AM appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I informed the front desk who I was and I was immediately seated, no wait, no stress, no nothing. Within 5 minutes I was called to an examination room and my evaluation begin. Easiest check in ever! I dealt with 3 of the staff and the doctor and I continue to be impressed with the entire organization. Their technology is the best in the Upstate. Highly recommend this group.

Everyone is always cheerful and willing to see that you are seen in a reasonable amount of time and the doctor fully checks your eyes for all possible issues or defects. I actually arrived over an hour before my scheduled appointment and I was seen and out the door at the time I was due to arrive – they went over and above getting me in and our early.
